About Me.

Tiffany Kelly has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business Management from the University of Maryland, College Park and nearly thirty years of experience in multiple facets of the beauty world. A chance meeting with a retail executive recruiter in her junior year of college altered her original plans of pursuing a corporate America job and inspired her passion to be a part of the ever-changing, fast-paced arena of beauty. throughout her career, Tiffany has worked tirelessly for multiple luxury goods businesses beginning with Liz Claiborne and Ralph Lauren where she successfully launched several iconic brands. tiffany’s passion and fierce determination to succeed has shaped her life, ultimately leading her to the realization that what she’s most passionate about is helping others realize their dreams. Thus, Ne Plus Ultra Consulting, LLC was born.

As a sales executive with almost 30 years of experience in beauty and luxury goods, she has worked hard to forge lasting relationships with domestic and international brand vendors and suppliers, product inventory facilities, human resource & payroll services, corporate officers, and field sales staff. tiffany believes in communication, cooperation and coordination; three key principles of successful, professional business relationships. From working at the prestigious Christian Dior to forming and launching her own business in 2018, Tiffany has represented business clients large and small. She continues to provide the same dedication to all her clients. her ideas transform marketing challenges, transcending the status quo to influence, engage and compel the right audience.
